CAN I CHOOSE THE FLOWERS AND PLANTS FOR OUR DISPLAY?
We always welcome customer input and you can certainly let
us know the flowers and plants you would like in your display.
However, the choice may be restricted to the plants available
and appropriate to the time of year.
2. CAN
WE VIEW THE PLANTS THAT YOU OFFER?
Yes, you can visit the nursery or samples and photographs
can be brought out to you for perusal. Obviously the displays
of our existing customers can also be viewed.
3. HOW OFTEN DO YOU VISIT TO CHECK
ON OUR PLANTS?
All our displays are checked regularly and our visits are
dependent upon the types of plants being used, the time of
year etc. Our displays are advertisements for our company
and so we take great care to make sure they are always in
top condition. If you have any problems in between our visits,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
4. WILL THE BOXES AND BASKETS BE CHANGED
AT THE SAME TIME?
Not necessarily. If the plants are thriving there is little
point in changing them. However, when plants are becoming
past their best, we will replace them to keep the whole display
looking fresh.
5. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A WATERING
SYSTEM?
Fuller, fresher and more vibrant, colourful planting. The
difference between self-watered and system-watered plants
is significant. There is also the obvious advantage of not
having to worry about watering several times a day during
the summer.
6. WHY ARE OUR DISPLAYS SO SMALL?
All our displays are grown from seed. The plants will start
off fairly small but within a few weeks will thrive and flourish
into much bigger, more impressive displays. The smaller they
start, the longer they will last.
7. CAN YOU VISIT AT A TIME TO SUIT
US?
If there is a specific problem we would aim to rectify it
as soon as possible. We can arrange mutually convenient times
to visit, but generally our routine maintenance is done on
a regular basis and we try to accommodate all our customers.
If there is a time or day that is totally unsuitable we will
do our best to visit at a time convenient to you.
8. WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide all general gardening and landscaping services.
Please contact us with your requests and we will come to discuss
your requirements and arrange a quotation.
9. HOW DO WE PAY YOU?
Our preferred method of payment is by standing order for maintenance
contracts. For summer only or outright purchase we would require
payment on delivery or 30 days from invoice - as agreed at
outset. |
